Bio- One gets my vote for speed of response to my call and scheduling what turned out to be a minor mold remediation needed for a pending real estate sale. I called five different companies who were either too busy (one month wait) or did not bother to respond. The work was scheduled and done within 48 hours of the initial home visit to see what needed to be done.
